♥ sick days... ♥

So the week of Christmas Mollie got bronchitis & gave it to me too! It was her present for me I think this christmas! She had to be put on a nebulizer which is no fun 3 times a day...

our poor girl seems to have been sick ever since she started daycare but thats what happens! anyways she got over her bronchitis & was good for about a week &a week ago her cough came back so I took her to the dr on last friday for her bronchitis follow up & mentioned the cough being back but the dr said everything looked ok that it might be a virus she just caught or teeth cause yes 2 more teeth are coming in.  Saturday night she got a fever of 103F so i figured it was an ear infection since that is the only time she has spiked high temps like that so that night we decided to take her to the children's urgent care & it ends up that she had RSV. So they sent us home with  more breathing treatments (every 4 hours) & told us to followup sunday or with pediatrician on monday.  So monday dr put her on steriods and continue the treatments every 4 hours.  After 2 days home from school we had to send her back on Wed & she seemed to be doing better &on Friday we had to go back to dr for a follow up &she only had slight wheezing Thank God! We still have to do the nebulizer until she doesnt sound congested.. who knows how long that will take! so we have been pretty busy & pretty tired especially having to wake up every 4 hours at night to do the treatment &oh we caught her cold again!

♥ the zoo... ♥

Last week while I was off work Mollie went to daycare, while I put away all the christmas stuff &then met nick for a lunch date!! :) Yummy Alleydas! When I picked mollie up from school, I was going to take her to the park but we did that the day before & she threw a fit & cried the whole way home because she couldn't swing on the swings anymore! So since I have a free pass to the zoo for being a teacher and mollie gets in for free & it is right next to her school we went and walked around the zoo for an hour or so.

 I let her get out and walk, and all you could hear was all of the animals making nose.  I guess it was feeding time? It was around 4:3-5pm, so all the animals were very noisy and mollie wasnt too sure about that!

 and our "free" zoo trip was no longer free after a visit to the gift shop! She wanted this flamingo SO bad, I tried to get her to get the cute giraffe instead but no luck & as soon as we got in the car she wanted nothing to do with it! figures!



♥ if your happy & you know it... ♥

Mollie is learning SO many songs at school it is so cute! She does all these hand movements when we sing to her but then when we sing the "right" song on accident & she does the hand movements for the song it is so cute! She does "Itsy Bitsy Spider", "abc" "Head, Shoulder, Knees &toes...", "Wheels on the bus", and "If your happy and you know it!" We discovered on her puppy dog toy that it sings "if your happy and you know it..." and she got so happy and started dancing! I videod it cause I thought it was so cute! (ignore my loud laugh though please!)

♥ Happy New Year 2011... ♥

It's 2011 already??? Where did 2010 go?!  Last night to celebrate New Years Eve we went of the Ramos' house, it's another tradition... Last year, we barely made it til 9pm and we were home and in bed by 11pm! I know boring, but we were new parents, this year we made it til midnight and our little puddin pop took a little nap before midnight &she was up for the ball drop! She's a party animal!

I had to stick this glass in her hand while she was sleeping, it was just too funny!

Today we slept in til 9:30 {!}, we got dressed oh you have to check out mollie's new jean shorts she got for christmas they are adorable!!

 and then wewent to downtown to go to the green market but it wasn't going on I guess because of the new year.  So we pushed mollie around in the stroller anyways and checked out the new restaurants downtown.. there is a lot of them.  We took the trolley~ "Molly's Trolley" down to city place, we thought mollie would like ridding on the trolley! And boy did she!

Oh and on the ride back on the trolley, some little girls yelled to mollie and she yelled back "ya, ya, ya, ya" it was hilarious, everyone on the trolley was laughing at mollie and ofcourse she then loved that attention so she smiled at everyone behind us the whole way back. She is such a ham!!

 We had pizza for lunch when we got to city place...

 Then tonight, Mollie went to bed early at 5:30 but was up at 9pm, so we had popcorn and a movie! I got these cute new popcorn containers from Homegoods with a Christmas gift card and we put goldfish in mollie's!

  All cozy on the couch to watch our movie!  We watched UP! Well, about 30 minutes of it and then it was back to bed for mollie!!

 She is a blanket hog!! Actually a blanket theif! If you have a blanket mollie will steal it from you and this is what she is doing in this picture! She is laughing because she stole the blanket from nick!
